These eye liner pencils have a luxurious glide-on texture and maximum flexibility that will take eyes from a classic sophisticated day to a sultry smoky night. Specifically designed for lining the inside of the eyelid and the waterline, the smooth texture provides ease of wear. Ideal for precision lining or smudging.

To Use: Gently glide on directly to the lash line or waterline. Build and blend with an eyeliner smudge brush for a smoky effect.
